Technical support at AbeeLabs is free. In order to keep it that way, we accept technical support inquiries solely by email. Your questions are normally answered within two business days but occasionally, it may take longer.

Our office is open during the following hours (All time are North America Eastern Time) :

Monday thu Thursday ... 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

• Good Friday
• Easter Monday
• Victoria Day (3rd Monday May)
• Quebec Day (jun 24)
• Canada Day (Jul 1)
• Labour Day (1st Monday Sep)
• Canadian Thanksgiving Day (2nd Monday Oct)
• Remembrance Day (Nov 11)
• Two weeks during Christmas Holidays
• Two last full weeks of july
